nAbout the Role




nWe are looking for a Software Support Associate to join our team and provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused technical support.
nIn this role, you will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 software support , troubleshoot client issues, document resolutions, identify recurring trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive effective solutions.
nYou will interact with clients through multiple channels, including support portals, email, telephone, and chat , making strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.

nWhat You'll Do

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal and external software applications and components.n
- Respond to inbound software support requests through portals, email, phone, and chat.n
- Investigate and resolve client issues accurately and within defined SLAs.n
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding file, system, or communication fail
