nAbout the Role
n

nAs an Events Operations & Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning and coordination through execution and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to events, experiential marketing, production, fabrication, vendor management, and project execution.

nKey Responsibilities
n

n* Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, brand activations and experiential projects.
n* Manage production timelines, logistics, manpower, vendors and on-ground teams.
n* Coordinate closely with clients, creative, operations, production and internal teams.
n* Manage product development and execution as per project requirements.
n* Handle vendor identification, negotiations, costing and procurement.
n* Conduct site visits and ensure smooth execution at the venue.
n* Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality and deliverables.
n* Ensure all production and operational requirements are completed within agreed timelines.
n* Identify potential execution challenges and proactively implement solutions.
n* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
n* Ensure seamless coordination from concept → production → execution → closure.
