nWe are looking for an experienced Information Security & Compliance Manager to lead enterprise security initiatives, strengthen Microsoft 365 security, and drive compliance programs for a globally distributed organization. This is an excellent chance for a security professional with expertise in Microsoft 365, SOC 2, AI security, and compliance frameworks .
nKey Responsibilities
nMicrosoft 365 & AI Security
n
- n
- Secure and continuously improve Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender & Purview)n
- Manage AI platform security and governancen
- Implement and maintain DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and external sharing controlsn




- Manage endpoint security and compliance through Microsoft Intunen

nCompliance & Security Governance

- n
- Own and maintain the SOC 2 Type II compliance programn
- Coordinate annual external audits and remediation activitiesn
- Maintain security controls aligned with Trust Services Criterian
- Develop and improve security policies, standards, and proceduresn

nRisk & Incident Management

- n
- Lead vendor security assessments and third-party risk managementn
- Manage security incidents, investigations, and response planningn
- Oversee Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR)n

nClient & Internal Security
n
- n
- Support enterprise customers during security reviews and due diligencen
- Respond to security questionnaires and compliance requestsn
- Conduct security awareness training and phishing simulationsn
- Partner with HR for secure onboarding and offboarding processesn
