nWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead to drive technical design, development, integrations, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise CRM solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform solutions.n
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.n
- Provide technical guidance and review designs, code, and deliverables.n
- Drive estimation, sprint/release planning, and delivery tracking.n
- Coordinate with Product, BA, QA, Infrastructure, and Integration teams.n
- Own deployment, production readiness, and technical issue resolution.n




- Identify risks and ensure technical standards and governance.n

nRequired Skills
n
- n
- 10–14 years of software development experience. n
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform .n
- Hands-on experience with Customization, Configuration, Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate & JavaScript .n
- Strong experience with CRM integrations and Azure Integration Services .n
- Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps , or similar technologies.n
- Robust understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application development .n
- Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end delivery.n
