We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Seller Enablement to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our third-party sellers by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive on the Walmart Marketplace.

Design and implement end-to-end seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive performance, retention,



and satisfaction across Walmart Marketplace.
Identify seller pain points and growth opportunities, and translate them into scalable solutions, tools, and resources.
Accelerate adoption of Walmart Marketplace features, tools, and services by sellers through targeted enablement and communications.
Content & Resource Development: Own the development and upkeep of high-quality, actionable seller-facing materials, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices.
Performance Analytics & Insights: Executive Reporting & Recommendations: Build and present data-driven insights to leadership to guide strategic priorities and resource allocation.
Partner closely with internal teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Service, to deliver a cohesive seller experience.
