- Key Responsibilitiesn
- Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.n
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and guide users with appropriate resolutions.n
- Handle customer queries related to onboarding, Business KYC, Wallet Activation, UPI Payments, Virtual Accounts, and Bookkeeping.n
- Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to resolve customer issues.n




- Reproduce reported issues and collect screenshots, videos, and logs for investigation.n
- Track issues until closure and provide timely updates to customers.n
- Create and update SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge base articles whenever required.n

- Required Skillsn
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, or Application Support.n
- Positive understanding of mobile and web applications.n
- Basic understanding of how software applications work, application testing, software release process (new builds/updates), and troubleshooting.n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
- Good verbal and written communication skills.n
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.n
- Experience in FinTech or payment applications is preferred.n
