Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns for ArthaX.ai and Lomos .
nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads , with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads and optimize campaigns based on measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.n
- Generate high-quality leads and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.n
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS .n
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, keyword research, and campaign analysis.n
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs.n
- Work with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion from lead to customer.n
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking , and related tools.n




- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.n
- Work with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.n
- Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels, and overall customer acquisition.n
- Experiment with recent marketing channels and growth strategies.n
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.n

Requirementsn

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.n
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads .n
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads .n
- Strong understanding of paid lead generation and conversion campaigns.n
- Good analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.n
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.n
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and sales funnels.n
