Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Hire across Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Projects, Quality, Safety, HR and Finance.
- Manage bulk, lateral and leadership hiring for manufacturing plants.
- Partner with Plant Heads and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment agencies, vendors and recruitment budgets.
- Track hiring TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining and hiring quality.
- Develop talent pools for critical and niche technical positions.
- Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.

Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related discipline.
- 6 –12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Steel, Power, Metals or Heavy Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing recruitment and technical hiring.
- Experience handling multiple locations and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder, negotiation and team management skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment tools, portals and sourcing techniques.
