- Design and formulate acrylics and rubber based novel pressure sensitive adhesives on market needs and customer specifications.n
- Understanding on solvent, emulsion and hotmelt based pressure sensitive adhesivesn
- Drives technology innovation through idea generation, root cause analysis, effective troubleshooting, and implementing lasting corrective actions.n
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, explicit communication, and structured data management.n
- Deep, practical understanding of key technical material properties, performance characteristics, and their critical interconnection with processing parameters, converting efficiency, and final end-use applications.n




- Maintains a proactive watch on emerging technologies, intellectual property, and market trends within the adhesive industry for strategic planning and securing a competitive advantage.n
- Responsible for continuous productivity and efficiency improvement through digitalization and automation, artificial intelligence and machine learningsn

nProject Management & Execution

- Accurate and timely management of Cost driven, Business continuity and strategic projects for AMEA region in accordance with DDOS/Stage gate processes in line with the product strategy and AOP needs till development stage.n
- Participate & conduct regular project calls with cross-functional teams & update A3 Project plans, Timelines, CTQs, Specifications, application test plans, Reports and Reviews.n
- Manage R&D; process through Clarity platform including ideations to Project Develop stagen
