Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales role based in Mumbai.



The Sales professional will identify and qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and present Chat360’s Agentic AI solutions to potential and existing enterprise customers. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support in coordination with customer success teams, and gathering feedback to help refine sales strategies. The Sales professional will be expected to meet and exceed revenue targets while representing Chat360 at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.n
