ROLE OVERVIEW
TRUSTKLUB Consulting is looking for a proactive Business Development skilled to drive client acquisition, relationship management and HR industry event initiatives. The role will also involve delegate acquisition, sponsorship outreach and coordination with HR associations and industry forums.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Identify and approach HR/TA Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders and decision-makers across sectors.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking and industry contacts.
• Pitch TRUSTKLUB’s recruitment capabilities through calls, emails and meetings.
Client Engagement & Deal Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Share tailored proposals and pitch decks based on client requirements.
• Negotiate commercials,



terms of business and TAT as per internal policies.
HR Association & Event Management
• Coordinate TRUSTKLUB’s participation and partnerships with HR associations, conferences and industry events.
• Drive delegate acquisition through targeted outreach to HR professionals and corporate leaders.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors; support sponsorship acquisition and follow-ups.
• Coordinate registrations, sponsor deliverables, event communication and on-ground requirements.
Internal Coordination & Market Intelligence
• Coordinate with account managers and delivery teams for smooth mandate closures.
• Maintain updated lead, delegate, sponsor and conversion trackers on CRM/Infohub.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and relevant HR events for business opportunities.
