- Strong academic and/or professional background in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Finance, or a closely related fieldn
- Practical industry experience in accounting and/or bookkeepingn
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements, and the accounting cyclen
- Practical knowledge of payroll processes and payroll compliancen
- Hands-on experience with computerized accounting systemsn
- Strong proficiency in at least one major accounting platformn
- Ability to teach accounting concepts using practical examples and exercisesn
- Strong written and verbal English communication skillsn
- Previous teaching, corporate training, tutoring, mentoring, or professional training experiencen
- Ability to deliver live online classes effectivelyn
- Comfortable working with students with different levels of accounting and technology experiencen
- Reliable availability for assigned instructional schedulesn
