Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and digitally focused Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media design, digital content, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create engaging content that captures attention and communicates ideas clearly.

The role will primarily focus on creating visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms, including social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, thumbnails, promotional materials, and other digital assets.

We are looking for someone who understands that designing for social media is different from traditional corporate design the ability to create strong visual hooks, attention-grabbing content, and platform-specific creatives is essential.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and engaging visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and promotional materials.




- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign objectives and content requirements.
- Translate marketing and content ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Create designs that are optimized for audience attention, engagement, and retention.
- Adapt designs to different platforms, formats, audiences, and campaign requirements.
- Maintain and strengthen FundingPips' visual identity and brand consistency across digital channels.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to understand briefs and deliver designs on time.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute current creative ideas and visual concepts.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, design trends, content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
