nAbout the Role
nWe’re looking for an energetic, creative and hands-on Manager- Employee Experience & Engagement to help us build a highly engaging employee experience at Amber.
nThe role will primarily focus on Employee Engagement and Employer Branding , with opportunities to contribute to broader people initiatives and HR projects.
nWe’re looking for a go-getter - someone with excellent communication skills, fresh ideas and solid execution who enjoys working with people and can take an initiative from idea → planning → execution .

nWhat You’ll Own
nEmployee Engagement & Experience
n
- n
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, recognition programs and culture-building activities.n
- Bring fresh ideas to improve employee connection, participation and overall workplace experience.n
- Support employee listening initiatives, surveys and feedback mechanisms.n




- Coordinate initiatives end-to-end, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.n

nEmployer Branding
n
- n
- Help build Amber’s employer brand through engaging people and culture content.n
- Create and execute campaigns around employee stories, workplace culture, events and key people initiatives.n
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and other teams on employer branding initiatives.n
- Support content for LinkedIn, career pages and other employer-brand channels.n

nPeople Communication
n
- n
- Create clear and engaging communication for HR initiatives, events and organisational updates.n
- Support employee-facing communication across email, Slack, presentations and internal channels.n
- Confidently interact with employees and participate in or host employee events and forums.n

nBroader HR Initiatives

- n
- Support HRBP and other people initiatives
