nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and manage cross-functional projects for global Pharma, Medical Device, and Life Sciences organizations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project/program delivery, including planning, execution, team management, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, governance, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget. Experience working in a regulated Pharma, MedTech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences environment is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and quality processes will be considered an added advantage.

nKey Responsibilities
nProject / Program Management
n• Lead projects/programs from initiation through successful completion.
n• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.




n• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
n• Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
n• Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and changes.
n• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
n• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

nTeam Management
n• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
n• Coordinate resources across business, technology, engineering, quality, operations, and other functions.
n• Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members.
n• Monitor team performance, workload, and delivery commitments.
n• Facilitate regular team meetings and project discussions.
n• Support team development, collaboration, and issue resolution.

nStakeholder Management
n• Act as the primary point of contact for project
