Job Description
About the RolenJBR International Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QA Intern to support our Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Production teams. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to food quality systems, product documentation, shelf-life testing, NPD, and frozen food operations .
nThe ideal candidate should have an interest in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field and be willing to work in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
Key Roles & Responsibilitiesn1. Product Documentation

- n
- Maintain and update product specifications and QA-related documentation.n
- Assist in preparing product quality records, specifications, and process documentation.n
- Maintain proper documentation for new and existing products.n

n2. QA Plant Documentation & Checklists
n
- n
- Maintain daily/weekly QA checklists at the plant.n
- Assist in monitoring hygiene, sanitation, production, and quality records.n
- Ensure QA documentation is completed accurately and on time.n




- Support the QA team in maintaining records for audits and compliance.n

n3. Shelf-Life Testing

- n
- Assist in conducting and recording shelf-life studies.n
- Monitor product quality during storage at defined intervals.n
- Maintain testing records and prepare observations/reports.n
- Support evaluation of parameters such as appearance, texture, taste, packaging condition, and other applicable quality parameters.n

n4. Collaboration with NPD Team

- Work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team during product trials.n
- Assist in documenting product trials and observations.n
- Support standardisation and validation of new products.n
- Help maintain trial samples, specifications, and related records.n

n5. Production Support

- Provide QA support during production activities.n
- Assist in monitoring adherence to defined quality and process standards.n
- Coordinate with production personnel for q
