Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive current business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market. We are especially
interested in candidates with experience selling ₹9,000 - ₹19,999 INR packages, in sales-driven organizations.

Location: (Banjara Hills - Hyderabad)
Salary: 4 LPA - 7.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

● Interact with potential customers.
● Achieve a minimum close rate of 25% on qualified leads.
● Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Client Engagement:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.




● Conduct effective discovery calls to understand their needs and present CloudHires value
proposition.
● Assist prospects in making purchasing decisions and handle objections effectively.
Performance & Reporting:
● Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
● Provide market insights and feedback to improve the sales strategy.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the B2C sales
approach.
● Share best practices and insights to improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or ed-tech industries.
Experience selling ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 INR packages is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environm
