About the Role:
nWe are seeking a driven fresher willing to kickstart as a Business Development Specialist
n(Premium Client Facing role) to lead consultative selling of our specialized personality
ndevelopment program. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients,
nunderstanding their concerns, guiding them through our offerings, and converting them into
nsatisfied program participants.
n

nMust have own Laptop and Wi-Fi
nMust be comfortable in Video call
nMust be able to converse in english– good spoken english
nGraduation is not needed.
nVideo is mandatory without video we will not consider your application
n

nWorking Mode :Remote
nWorking Days : 6 days working rotational 1 off in a week
nWorking Hours : 9AM- 7PM
nCompensation Details : 25k fixed + Incentives (60k to 2 lacs) Non negotiable.
nImmediate joiners preferred

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Engage with leads through Zoom consultations to understand their personality concerns.n
- Conduct personalized consultations to recommend suitable program plans.n




- Nurture leads through empathy-driven conversations and consistent follow-ups.n
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets through effective consultative sales.n
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools.n
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.n

nAdditional Role Details:

- n
- This is a Zoom call–based role, and candidates will be required to take 5–6 video calls per day, working 6 days a week from home.n
- All leads and Zoom call schedules will be provided by the company.n
- Candidates must be presentable and professional on video calls, as this is a premium client-facing role.n
- Robust English communication skills (spoken) are mandatory.n
