nIT Technician Needed — Email Server & Outlook Setup

nPosition Type: Contractor / Freelance
nWe are looking for an experienced IT technician to help us set up and configure our business email infrastructure.
nScope of Work:
n• Set up and configure an email server (or assist in selecting and migrating to a hosted email solution, e.g., Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online) for expodiscover.com
n• Configure DNS records (MX,



SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for proper deliverability and security
n• Set up and configure Microsoft Outlook across user devices (desktop and mobile)
n• Migrate existing email data if applicable
n• Implement email security measures (spam filtering, anti-phishing, authentication)
n• Create user mailboxes and set up distribution lists / shared mailboxes
n• Provide documentation and basic training for our team
n• Ensure everything is tested and fully operational before handover
nRequirements:
n• Proven experience with email server administration and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange setup
n• Strong knowledge of DNS configuration and email deliverability standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
n• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange or self-hosted mail server solutions (e.g., Postfix, Mailcow)
n• Ability to work independently and complete the project
n• Valuable communication skills
