About the Role : We are building scalable corporate food solutions. We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate who can own the full cycle — from first outreach call to closed deal to a smooth client onboarding. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to strategic sales, market expansion, and enterprise clients in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. You won't be handed a script and a lead list — you'll help build the playbook as we scale.
What You'll Do
Prospecting & Outreach
● Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn
● Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
● Represent the company at industry events and build a local network of contacts Client
Engagement & Closing




● Engage decision-makers with tailored solutions based on their needs
● Prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate terms and close deals
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships beyond the first sale
Onboarding & Growth
● Support onboarding for recent clients, ensuring a smooth handoff and strong first impression
● Support mentoring and onboarding of new team members as the team scales
● Track sales targets and performance metrics; report progress regularly
Cross-functional
● Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives across the business
What We're Looking For
● 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
● Strong communication and negotiation skills comfortable engaging decision-makers directly
● Street-smart, self-driven, and adaptable able to work with minimal hand-holding in a small team
● Proficiency in MS Office tools
