We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident, sales-driven, and passionate about customer conversations and conversions. The role will involve handling customer interactions, generating sales, following up with leads, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to drive sales and conversions. Engage with potential and existing customers through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels. Understand customer needs and recommend relevant skincare products. Generate sales and consistently achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets . Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions and repeat purchases.



Handle customer objections effectively and convert enquiries into successful orders. Communicate product benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions accurately. Maintain and update records of leads, calls, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, returns, and issue resolution. Track individual sales performance and work towards improving conversion rates and revenue. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Contribute to achieving overall team sales and business growth objectives. ✅ What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Sales, or a similar role. Preference will be given to female candidates for this role.
