About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Growth Manager (Supply) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will focus on acquiring property owners to partner with our home rental platform. You will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and acquire property owners and landlords willing to list their properties on our platform. Conduct market analysis to identify potential areas and opportunities for property acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service. Present the company's rental management services, address owner queries, and negotiate rental agreements or service terms.



Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer service) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and property management. Track and report acquisition metrics such as recent sign-ups, conversion rates, and property onboarding progress. Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related domains. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel locally as required. What's Offered
