Job Overview: We are looking for a Key Account Manager – B2 B Travel Sales to drive the growth of our franchise network. The role involves managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, pitching the Cox & Kings Franchise Business Model to prospective partners, and acting as the key link between franchisees and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for professionals with B2 B travel sales or franchise development experience who enjoy relationship building, business pitching, and cross-functional coordination. Job Roles and Responsibilities:



● Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding● Qualify and evaluate franchise leads based on suitability, investment capacity, and potential● Act as the first point of contact (POC) for prospective and existing franchise partners● Present the Franchise Business Model to prospective partners and pitch the chance to closure● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product● Maintain check and balance between franchisees and Operations, ensuring adherence to company guidelines● Maintain franchise records, trackers, and data, and share regular overviews and reports with the Franchise Development Manager● Support franchisees during onboarding and post-acquisition, and resolve coordination issues on time Skills & Qualifications Required: ● Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred● 2–5
