Role Purpose The Senior Success Factors Functional Consultant – Employee Central Payroll is responsible for the end‑to‑end functional design, implementation, and operational enablement of SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solutions across multiple geographies and payrolls. The role combines deep payroll domain expertise, robust Success Factors ECP functional capability, and consulting‑grade problem‑solving to deliver compliant, scalable, and supportable payroll solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture• Lead functional solution design for Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring alignment across Employee Central, Payroll Control Center (PCC), Compensation, Finance integrations, and downstream reporting.• Design and validate end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire and pay‑to‑report processes, including:o Master data replication (EC → ECP)o Pay structures and wage typeso Retroactivity, off‑cycle payroll, and correctionso Payroll periods, calendars,
and control frameworks• Translate complex statutory and country‑specific payroll requirements into ECP configuration and design patterns. Multi‑Location & Global Payroll Implementations• Deliver multi‑country / multi‑location payroll implementations, managing both local statutory needs and global template consistency.• Support payrolls across diverse regulatory environments (Australia), including variations in:o Taxation and statutory reportingo Social contributionso Pay frequencies and calendarso Leave, accruals, and deductions• Partner with local payroll SMEs to validate design and ensure compliance.
