Business Development Manager – Service Now & ERPExperience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote – India Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional with 3–6 years of experience in selling IT solutions, particularly Service Now and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2 B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, solution selling, and managing the complete sales cycle. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding business requirements, and positioning Service Now and ERP solutions to potential customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, Linked In, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and technology partners. Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable Service Now and ERP solutions.



Generate qualified leads and manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations. Work closely with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and solution approaches. Promote Service Now solutions such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, GRC/IRM, and related platform capabilities. Promote ERP solutions covering areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, CRM, Inventory, and Operations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals based on client requirements. Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasts in CRM. Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and market trends to identify potential opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
