We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead to personally build our B2 B pipeline and sign pilot partners across healthcare and health-tech. AI sales agents and prospecting tools to build pipeline Run demos and discovery meetings Maintain excellent CRM discipline and follow-ups Develop pilot proposals and commercial opportunities Negotiate and close pilots Travel for customer meetings, conferences and industry events You will own opportunities from: Prospecting → Meeting → Demo → Pilot Proposal → Negotiation → Signature No SDR team generates your pipeline. You are expected to create and close opportunities yourself.
