Role Description We are seeking a Sourcing Head to independently originate high-quality corporate financing opportunities across structured credit,



private debt and project financing mandates. The role requires solid relationships with corporates, developers, promoters, CXOs, investment bankers and advisors, along with the ability to convert opportunities into mandates and maintain a high-quality deal pipeline. Key Responsibilities· Identify and originate structured credit & corporate financing opportunities· Build and manage relationships with developers, corporates, CXOs, advisors & ecosystem partners· Understand client funding needs and recommend appropriate financing structures· Independently evaluate and screen mandates· Negotiate commercial & engagement terms· Maintain robust pipeline reporting and MIS· Coordinate with internal execution and placement teams· Represent the firm at industry events and networking platforms· Support business growth and market expansion initiatives Skills & Competencies Required· Strong experience
