Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Success Factors Engineer with robust hands-on experience in Employee Central . The role requires a good balance of technical and functional expertise, with approximately 60% focus on technical activities and 40% on functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, develop, and support SAP Success Factors Employee Central. Work on Employee Central configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF, and foundation objects. Develop and support integrations between Success Factors and SAP/third-party systems. Work with Integration Center, APIs, OData, and other Success Factors integration technologies. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause solutions. Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Success Factors solutions. Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders,



technical teams, and other IT teams. Participate in implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support. Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.
Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors. Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central . Good combination of technical and functional Success Factors experience. Experience with Integration Center / Success Factors Integrations . Solid knowledge of MDF, Business Rules, Workflows, and Foundation Objects . Positive understanding of OData/API-based integrations . Strong understanding of HR processes and Employee Central functionality. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience integrating Success Factors with SAP and third-party applications. Experience in implementation/enhancement and production support projects.
