Location: Remote – Anywhere in India Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome Industry: Recruitment | Staffing | HR Solutions Compensation: Performance-based commission | No fixed salary What you’ll do• Source and engage candidates for live recruitment requirements • Understand job descriptions and candidate profiles • Build candidate networks through Linked In and other channels • Identify and approach potential corporate clients • Generate recruitment/staffing leads • Understand client hiring requirements • Coordinate recruitment assignments through closure • Build your own client & candidate portfolio • Earn commission on successful recruitment/business closures Who can apply?We welcome candidates from HR, Talent Acquisition,
