Ensuring accurate cost estimation, competitive bid preparation, and compliance with technical and commercial requirements. Key Responsibilities Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents. Prepare and submit competitive tender packages including technical and financial proposals for Erection. Coordinate with internal teams for accurate bid preparation. Ensure compliance with client Technical/General specifications and legal requirements. Conduct detailed cost analysis for materials, consumables, Machinery, Tools and Tackles, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services. Develop alternate cost models and pricing strategies for competitive bid proposals Must have knowledge of on line tendering process like Procure Tiger, Ariba ,



etc Perform risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies. Liaise with clients, Clients representatives, consultants, and suppliers. Maintain organized records of tender submissions and correspondence. Prepare cost reports and post-tender evaluations. Knowledge on Taxation related to workorder/contracts, statutory compliances like labor laws, WCP, CAR Policy, BOCW act, etc related to construction Builder/Sub Contract Tendering Process Builder Bills Management Key Deliverables Complete and compliant tender submissions.
