The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in corporate leasing, commercial real estate, client management, negotiations, and deal closures. What We Require Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Leasing. Strong experience in Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Leasing. Proven track record of closing commercial leasing transactions. Strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Gurugram commercial real estate market. Experience handling corporate clients, occupiers, and key decision-makers. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Excellent business development and relationship management abilities. Experience handling high-value leasing transactions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.



Target-oriented approach with a focus on revenue and closures. Ability to manage multiple leasing opportunities and negotiations simultaneously.
