We are looking for highly articulate, commercially driven and research-oriented sales professionals to join our US healthcare business development team.
This is a unique opportunity for professionals who want to build a long-term career in US B2B sales and business development.
The role will be divided approximately equally between India and the USA:
6 months in India: Research, prospect identification, account intelligence, pre-sales and pipeline development.
6 months in the USA: In-person meetings, relationship building, field sales, conferences and business development.

?? Your role in India – Pre-Sales & Pipeline DevelopmentYou will be responsible for doing the detailed groundwork before an prospect reaches the US sales team.
You will:
- Research target US healthcare organizations
- Understand the company's business model, size, locations, services and estimated revenue
- Research the organization's current business challenges and potential areas of opportunity




- Identify the right decision-makers and influencers
- Research executives and their backgrounds
- Identify verified contact information
- Build detailed account/prospect profiles
- Identify potential buying signals and business opportunities
- Conduct LinkedIn, email and telephone outreach
- Qualify prospects
- Develop relationships with prospects before the sales team engages
- Schedule qualified meetings
- Maintain detailed CRM information
- Prepare account intelligence and briefing notes for the US sales team
- Continuously build a qualified pipeline

The objective is not simply to generate leads.
The objective is to deliver well-researched, qualified business opportunities to the US sales team.

?? Your role in the USA – Field Sales & Business DevelopmentDuring your US assignment, you will transition into a client-facing role.
You will:
- Meet prospects and decision-makers in person
- Visit health
