Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 hiring and leadership hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across different IT technologies and seniority levels, including leadership positions such as CTO, CEO, Director, VP, and other executive roles.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, networking platforms, social media, and referrals
- Operate and manage the JobDiva Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate interest, communication skills,
technical fit, and salary expectations
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Perform market mapping, competitor research, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with active and passive candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, W2, and full time hiring requirements
- Strong experience in W2 hiring with a solid understanding of US tax terms, pay structures, visa classifications, and compliance requirements is mandatory
- Must have prior experience working on leadership hiring roles such as CTO, CEO, Director, VP, and other senior/executive-level positions (mandatory)
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top talent
