HKM-I has experienced tremendous growth and we are looking for a confident and empathetic female Tele-Calling Executive to manage lead nurturing and relationship building with prospective clients. The role involves engaging with warm leads, understanding their needs, sharing relevant information, and guiding them towards the next steps in the customer journey.



The ideal candidate would handle parent enquiries for our four Hyderabad campuses at Shamshabad, Ghatkesar, Kokapet and Manikonda. You will be the first person a parent speaks to. You call them, understand what they need, work out whether we are the right school for their child, and hand the interested ones to the admissions team with a campus visit already booked.
nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS)
nMake outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up consistently.
nBuild rapport and trust with potential customers.
nShare product/service information in a clear and engaging manner.
nUpdate and maintain CRM records of all interactions.
nWork closely with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion.
nBe in the forefront in efficiently managing calling tasks with proper documentation and tracking.
nManage Employee Communications with target audience whenever required.
