nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with US staffing clients.n
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.n
- Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements.n
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs.n
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.n
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.n

nRequirements:
n
- n
- 1+ year of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Business Development or Account Management preferred.n
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.n
- Willingness to work in the US night shift .n
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.n
