Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing, MSW, or a graduate/postgraduate with substantial placement experience.

The role focuses on developing strong employer relationships and creating meaningful placement and recruitment opportunities for candidates across Western India.
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive employer outreach, placement operations and recruitment partnerships.
- Build and sustain sector-diverse employer networks.
- Develop employer relationships and convert them into meaningful placement opportunities.
- Manage coordination with employers, institutions and other stakeholders.
- Robust communication, coordination, target management and reporting skills.
- Drive placement, internship and recruitment pathways across the region.
