nRole Overview
nWe're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to work on a contract basis, closing deals for a new product by engaging directly with clients across India. This role requires someone who thrives on the road, builds trust quickly in face-to-face meetings, and can carry a conversation confidently in both English and Hindi.

nKey Responsibilities

- Travel across India to meet prospective and existing clients, conducting in-person sales meetings and closing dealsn




- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead follow-up and discovery to negotiation and deal closuren
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsn
- Understand client requirements and effectively position the product to close salesn
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-salen
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and travel activity in CRMn
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as agreed under the contractn

nRequirements

- n
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales or B2B salesn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi n
- Qualified demeanor with strong interpersonal and client-handling skillsn
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (frequent outstation trips)n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while on the roadn
- Basic proficiency with CRM tool
