nWhat Our Client Is Looking For:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certification in CMA / CFA / Business Analytics is a strong plusn
- Prior experience working with VC-funded companies highly preferredn
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirementsn
- Exposure to fundraising processes, investor reporting, and financial due diligencen
- Analytical mindset with ability to convert financial data into actionable business insightsn
- Proficiency in financial modeling,
MIS reporting, and budgetingn

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, compliance, and auditsn
- Support fundraising activities, including investor reporting and due diligencen
- Drive financial planning, analysis, and business analytics initiativesn
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, etc.)n
- Collaborate with the client's leadership on financial strategy and decision-makingn
- Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecastsn
