About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Partner – Business Consulting to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, preferably with a strong background in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), business consulting, or professional services organizations.
This role will be responsible for building and managing strategic client relationships, understanding client business needs, driving consulting engagements, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should have a strong understanding of GCC setup and transformation, business operations, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable business outcomes.
The role requires a combination of consulting expertise, commercial acumen, relationship management, and execution capability. The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to support client growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain solid, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXOs, business leaders, HR leaders, and functional heads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and ongoing relationship management.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and growth priorities to identify opportunities for consulting and business support.
- Drive regular business reviews, client governance meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Proactively identify potential risks, address client concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

2. GCC Consulting & Advisory
- Support clients in establishing, scaling, and transforming Global Capability Centers in India.
