We are seeking an experienced Java AI Lead with 10-14 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across multiple programs, define architecture strategies, drive modernization initiatives, and lead high-performing engineering teams.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications and modernization programs.
- Define and drive cross-program technical strategy, engineering standards, and reference architectures.
- Design scalable Microservices and event-driven architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Lead complex transformation initiatives including COBOL to Java modernization, IBM MQ to Kafka migration, and cloud transformation programs.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions, RAG-based architectures, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.




- Establish AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) standards and adoption across engineering teams.
- Define evaluation frameworks, AI governance models, and performance measurements for AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Delivery Teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical governance, solution assessment, and engineering best practices.
- Lead cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives using GCP technologies.
- Oversee enterprise integration, resiliency, scalability, observability, and performance engineering initiatives.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, and engineering coaching.
