Position : Executive Assistant

nWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented individual to serve as the Founder’s on-ground right-hand in Mumbai. You will drive day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, corporate outreach, and team management for the new venture.
nRole and Responsibilities:
n1. Act as the central operator for home-office setup, prototyping coordination, and logistics.
n2. Manage supplier sourcing, prototype production, inventory, and fulfillment for initial drops.
n3. Support corporate gifting sales outreach and coordinate pop-ups.
n4. Onboard, guide, and manage the R&D; Coordinator and Digital Content Coordinator on a day-to-day basis.
n5. Handle vendor negotiations, basic compliance, expense tracking, and maintain lean project management.
n6. Provide strategic support to the Founder while keeping operations efficient and low-grind.

nEducation & Experience
nEducation (Preferred, not Mandatory)
n1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or related field.
nExperience
n1. 4–7 years as EA/right-hand or operations coordinator in D2C/FMCG/gifting.
n2. Solid vendor management and project execution skills.
n3. Experience in food/gifting or corporate sales preferred.
n4. Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic tools.
