About Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, SQL, and AI-assisted testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating scalability, reliability, responsiveness, and stability of enterprise applications through comprehensive performance testing and analysis. This role requires hands-on experience with LoadRunner, performance monitoring tools, SQL-based validation, and up-to-date AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI. The successful candidate will work closely with development, architecture, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal application performance.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios.
- Conduct load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, scalability testing, and volume testing.




- Analyze application behavior under varying workloads and user traffic conditions.
- Perform end-to-end performance validation for web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Evaluate system performance against predefined benchmarks and service-level objectives.
- Conduct capacity planning assessments and provide recommendations for infrastructure optimization.
- Analyze application logs, system metrics, and resource utilization data.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and perform detailed root cause analysis.
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance-related issues.
- Validate database performance through SQL queries, transaction analysis, and performance tuning activities.
- Monitor backend systems, middleware components, APIs, and database interactions.
- Utilize application monitoring and observability tools to capture and analyze performance metrics.
