Working Days: Dynamic, Based on Event Timings
Working Hours: 8 Hours a day. Based on Event Timings. Overtime will be compensated as per company policy.
Probation: 3 months
Weekly Off: Energetic, Based on Event Timings.

We Connect is a Hyderabad-based event management company delivering corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, seminars, promotions, sports events and other experiential projects.

Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and organised Event Associates to support the planning, coordination and execution of events. This is an entry-level role offering hands-on exposure to event operations, vendors, clients and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in planning and coordinating events from preparation to completion.
- Support event setup, execution and dismantling at venues.
- Coordinate with vendors,



suppliers, venue teams and event staff.
- Assist with event materials, branding, registrations, guest management and logistics.
- Maintain checklists and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Support the Production and Project teams with day-to-day event requirements.
- Assist with packing, organising and transporting event materials when required.
- Help resolve basic on-ground issues and escalate larger concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Be available for extended hours during event setups and live events when required.

Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Interest in event management and live events.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
