We are looking for a highly experienced full time Unreal Engine 5 C++ Developer to join an established project currently in active development on a fixed term contract. This is not a junior gameplay scripting role. We are seeking a developer with deep technical expertise across UE5 systems, multiplayer networking, Utility AI, character customization, plugin integration, optimization, and large-scale game systems . You will work directly with the existing team to implement, optimize, and extend core gameplay systems.

Responsibilities: Candidate will have strong experience with
Multiplayer & Networking
- Develop and maintain multiplayer gameplay systems.
- Implement authoritative server architectures and replication logic.
- Optimize network performance, RPCs, and bandwidth usage.
- Debug multiplayer issues, desyncs, and replication edge cases.
- Support dedicated server development and testing.
- Steam integrations

Gameplay Systems
- Design and implement complex gameplay features in C++.
- Build modular, data-driven systems for progression,



economy, crafting, inventory, quests, and persistence.
- Extend and improve existing game frameworks and core systems.

Utility AI Systems
- Design and implement Utility AI architectures for NPC decision making.
- Create systems for schedules, routines, needs, priorities, and agile behaviors.
- Develop scalable AI solutions that interact with player actions and game economies.
- Ensure AI systems function reliably in multiplayer environments.

Character Creator & Customization
- Implement and expand character customization systems.
- Support morph targets, modular equipment, clothing, materials, hair, and appearance persistence.
- Synchronize customization data across multiplayer sessions.
- Integrate and extend third-party character creation solutions.

Plugin & Third-Party Integration
- Integrate, customize, and maintain Unreal plugins and external SDKs.
