nExperience of experience and salary:
n6+ Years - 12 Years (Must have 2+ years of team handling experience on paper)
n

nSalary - 7LPA- 11LPA max
n

nNotice Period - Immediate - 15 Days max.
n

nQualification- Graduate and postgraduate (Regular Based)
n

nSkills Required
n1- 6+years - 12 years of experience in International Voice/Quality Analyst/Contact center with people management experience.
n2- Excellent communication skills.
n3- Must have strong people management skills.
nAs a Team Lead in Subtitling Coordination, you will:



• Lead and supervise the Localization Coordinators within your span of control. • Set explicit objectives and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision. • Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues proactively. • Is responsible for liaising and collaborating with the Translator Support team regularly to report linguist pool health and plan for capacity for rare languages • Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved. • Be responsible for the team’s morale, attrition, development, coaching, and working with team members to clearly communicate their performance, feedback if any, and development areas.
