What you'll do

- Conduct interviews and demo evaluations for tutor candidates across curricula (CBSE, IGCSE, IB, British, American)n
- Onboard selected tutors and train them on the Mentor Match product, platform, and teaching toolsn
- Deliver training on session SOPs, company policies, and student-engagement standardsn
- Coach tutors on converting their first trial/demo session into a paid enrolmentn
- Observe sessions, review feedback, and run refresher training where teaching quality or engagement falls shortn
- Maintain training material, checklists, and tutor readiness recordsn

- First three sales conversion rate of newly trained tutors (trial/demo to paid)n
- Teaching quality scores from session audits and parent/student feedbackn
