nFaceEcho.ai is building an AI-powered visual intelligence platform spanning health, wellness, skincare and appearance.
nOur technology uses guided facial scans, multiple viewing angles, close-up captures and video to generate structured insights and track changes over time.
nWe are looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead to personally build our B2B pipeline and sign pilot partners across healthcare and health-tech.

nThis Is a Doer Role
nThis is not a sales-management position .
nYou will personally:

- n
- Identify target companies and decision-makersn
- Prospect through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and eventsn
- Use LLMs, AI sales agents and prospecting tools to build pipelinen
- Run demos and discovery meetingsn
- Maintain excellent CRM discipline and follow-upsn




- Develop pilot proposals and commercial opportunitiesn
- Negotiate and close pilots n
- Travel for customer meetings, conferences and industry eventsn

nYou will own opportunities from:
nProspecting → Meeting → Demo → Pilot Proposal → Negotiation → Signature
nNo SDR team generates your pipeline. You are expected to create and close opportunities yourself.

nWho We Want

- n
- 3–8 years of B2B sales, BD or partnerships experiencen
- Software, SaaS, AI or technology sales experience strongly preferredn
- Computer Science, Engineering or technical background strongly preferredn
- Programming/software-development experience is a plusn
- Strong understanding of software, APIs and integrationsn
- Excellent hands-on CRM skillsn
- Frequent user of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other LLMsn
- Comfortable using and learning AI sales agents, prospecting and automation tools n
- Comfortable persona
