nRole Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and support the growth of the firm’s legal service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with practice teams to develop proposals,



and tracking leads and conversions. The role involves collaborating with lawyers to understand service capabilities, optimizing client engagement strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and campaigns. The Business Development Manager will also monitor industry trends, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and report on key business development metrics to leadership.

nWhat we are looking for:
n· Strong business development, client relationship management, and account management skills.
n· Experience in sales strategy, lead generation, and opportunity pipeline management.
n· Knowledge of the legal services sector or qualified services firms, with ability to understand and articulate complex offerings.
