About the Role
We are building the software stack that powers our drone systems from the ground up .
We are looking for a Lead-level Individual Contributor who can independently own the complete software lifecycle — from understanding requirements and defining the architecture to development, testing, deployment, and scaling.
This is a hands-on technical ownership role , not a people-management position. You will be the primary software owner and will establish the architecture, technology stack, SDLC,



engineering standards, and technical roadmap with minimal technical guidance.
You will work closely with hardware, embedded, controls, and systems teams to build reliable, real-time software for our drone platform.

What You'll Do
Software Architecture & System Design
- Design and own the end-to-end software architecture for a real-time, distributed platform.
- Translate system requirements into scalable software architecture, technical specifications, APIs, and system interfaces.
- Independently evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, architectural patterns, databases, communication protocols, and infrastructure .
- Identify scalability, performance, reliability, security, and integration requirements.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation and technical design decisions.
