Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update candidate/student information in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with the internal academic/admission team for smooth student onboarding.
Graduate in any discipline.
~0–1.5 years of experience in education counselling, tele-calling, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
